Support Agreements

Babel Com Australia offers two levels of support agreements for Linux servers:

• Partial support covers basic security updates, and notification of any security issues as required, and regular monitoring of your system logs, tracking of security incidents, etc.
• Full support covers full remote system administration, including managing backups, user accounts, etc.

Consulting

Babel Com Australia also offers consulting, support, repairs, and administration for Linux systems on a per-incident basis.

Babel Com Australia has a team of Red Hat Certified Engineers with experience in Red Hat and other Linux systems. Our deployments have ranged from small business systems to multi-server sites and data centers.

Installation

Babel Com Australia will install a basic Linux server for free, if you maintain a support agreement for 12 months or longer. This includes operating system install and basic setup only.
